Stills exported from HDR-FX1 firewire -> PC, HDV video capture (Sony Vegas 6.0)
Sharpening, levels, and scaling to 50% (from 1920x1080) in Photoshop.
You see most of the resolution there is in these 960x540 shots.
Viewed 1:1 at 1920x1080, the images appear much more soft.
